Kai as Caesar

Funny Story-so when Kai was born we had several nurses tell us that, without a doubt, he definitely looked like a boy. I guess that it can be hard to tell sometimes when babies are newborns. I was not trying to make Kai look like a girl here, just trying to be funny. And to my surprise the hairband made him look like Caesar. My favorite is the picture with him holding the nose picker. Too much fun!

Loving Food!

Kai loves to eat. He loves all types of food and enjoys feeding himself. Of course he gets pretty messy doing it.

Nana's pictures

Nana and Papa LOVE to take pictures of their three grandchildren. Nana took a ton while she was here. Here are some of my favorites.

Mother's Day 2010

The day after Kevin's graduation we celebrated Mother's Day with Nana and Grandma Padden. We enjoyed a wonderful brunch at Brick 29 one of our favorite places to eat in Nampa.

Kevin graduated in May with a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling. We are so proud of him!

Ethan's Birthday

Kai got to go to his "first friend" birthday party. Ethan turned one! Kai arrived in his special birthday hat to celebrate the big day.

Spring 2010

Kevin's family came to visit this past spring. Uncle Colin brought Kai a super cute bear hat from Bend, Oregon.

Spring Break 2010

Kai went on his first plane ride to visit Nana, Papa, GG, and Auntie Colleen in California. He was very brave and did a great job staying calm on the plane (unlike daddy who hates to fly). We had a great time visiting family and friends, many of whom Kai met for the first time.
